Pick the membership tier matching your trade category and pay the applicable annual fee.
Once you're a member, we handle your Buildium vendor registration ourselves, at no extra cost. You'll need to provide: EFT/direct deposit banking information, proof of general liability insurance (naming Peripheral and the applicable condo corporation as additional insured, minimum coverage as specified for your trade), WSIB clearance where applicable, your business/HST number, any applicable trade license (ESA, TSSA, etc.), two business references, and an emergency/after-hours contact number.
Your business is added to the vendor roster shared with the boards of our managed properties in your category.
As RFPs and work orders come in, we personally route them to vendors in the matching tier only — no blasts, no noise outside your category.
The first time you respond to a live RFP, we do a short call before your bid goes to the board. Once you've cleared this, you're set for every future bid — no repeat interviews.
The board makes the final decision on every job using its own criteria — membership provides visibility and access, not a guarantee of work.
Platforms like Angi, VIVE, and ConstructConnect/BidClerk don't offer this — a bid just goes quiet. Every Trade Connect vendor gets specific, direct feedback on where their bid stood.
Reflects our current 9-building footprint. Pricing steps up only once the portfolio grows materially, and Founding vendors keep their rate through at least one renewal cycle.
Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable once your business has been added to the active roster. Membership does not auto-renew — we'll reach out before your term ends, and renewing is entirely your call.
This covers your annual membership fee only. Payment for completed work is separate and flows through Buildium once we've registered you — see the "We register you in Buildium" step above. Upon award of a Work Order, we don't add anything on top of your quote — no commission, no referral fee, no markup. You're paid your bid price, in full.
Specific building addresses in your trade category are shared once your membership is confirmed.
