Trade Connect puts your business in front of the property managers and boards who actually award the work: nine buildings, four trade tiers, no bidding against a national queue.

How it works
Submit your business information. Proof of insurance and WSIB clearance are optional here — not every trade needs them, and we will ask you for the certificates later only if the work you bid on requires them. No interview required at this stage. This is a light check, not the full registration.
Search the trades you work in and we'll show you the membership that fits. If they fall in different tiers you pay the highest one, once. It is one annual membership, not a fee per trade. You pay at the end of the application, by card or by cheque.
Once you're a member, we handle your Buildium vendor registration ourselves, at no extra cost. You'll need to provide: EFT/direct deposit banking information, proof of general liability insurance (naming Peripheral and the applicable condo corporation as additional insured, minimum coverage as specified for your trade), WSIB clearance where applicable, your business/HST number, any applicable trade license (ESA, TSSA, etc.), two business references, and an emergency/after-hours contact number.
Your business is added to the vendor roster shared with the boards of our managed properties in your category.
As RFPs and work orders come in, we personally route them to vendors in the matching tier only. No blasts, no noise outside your category.
The first time you respond to a live RFP, we do a short call before your bid goes to the board. Once you've cleared this, you're set for every future bid. No repeat interviews.
The board makes the final decision on every job using its own criteria. Membership provides visibility and access, not a guarantee of work.
Platforms like Angi, VIVE, and ConstructConnect/BidClerk don't offer this. A bid just goes quiet. Every Trade Connect vendor gets specific, direct feedback on where their bid stood.
Membership
Reflects our current 9-building footprint. Pricing steps up only once the portfolio grows materially, and Founding vendors keep their rate through at least one renewal cycle.

Membership is annual and renews automatically each year, charged to the card on file on your renewal date. You can cancel any time up to the day before that date and you will not be charged again — you keep the roster until the term you have paid for runs out. Once a renewal has gone through it is non-refundable. Full terms are on the Terms & Conditions page.
Payment
This covers your annual membership fee only. Payment for completed work is separate and flows through Buildium once we've registered you. See the "We register you in Buildium" step above. Upon award of a Work Order, we don't add anything on top of your quote. No commission, no referral fee, no markup. You're paid your bid price, in full.
Pay your membership at the end of the application: a secure Square checkout for your tier. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If we cannot accept your application, we refund the fee in full.
Payable to Peripheral Trade Connect, mailed to our office prior to your listing going live.
